Redesigned from a 2011 project.
Saotome Alto had a relationship with Sheryl Nome once and also loved her. Eventually, spats turned into abuse and Alto ended their relationship. Later, Alto develops a relationship with Ranka Lee, a rising singer whose innocence and bright spirit has captured Alto's heart drastically. Sheryl discovers their relationship and is envious, even so much as to ruin it by coming back into his life. When she discovers all of this, Ranka breaks up with Alto, convinced he still has feelings for Sheryl and isn't faithful to her. Alto resolves to leave the past and move forward with his life by gaining back Ranka's love and trust. In the end, he does so by saying farewell to Sheryl forever.
