The anime is Rumbling Hearts: Next Season which is the sequel to the first series, if you have not watched it before I reccommend it because its just a fantastic slice of life anime and will surely entertain any fans of that genre.
Ok the song is by Westlife and is their debut hit back many many years ago called "Swear it again", now i know most AMV fans prefer Rock or Trance tracks to their videos but what can i say...when a song gives me inspiration i have to follow it and make a AMV for it :D
