This time around I tried to make this amv as emotional as I could. I put a lot of thought into how I would make this particular amv, especially for what music to use. I knew I had to make a Paranoia Agent one though because it's one of my favorite anime's and it's a brilliant show. When I watched the show I really felt the emotions of each of those psychologically broken characters. For that reason, I wanted a song to use that fit the show's dark and ominous atmosphere. Then a few months ago I heard a cover of the song "Eleanor Rigby" by The Beatles. I really enjoyed it, but I wanted to hear the original because The Beatles' sound has always been a favorite. When I did hear it...I fell in love. The violins' amazing sound just made the lyrics even more somber and thought-provoking. I knew right away I had to use it.

In the video, I decided on using Harumi Chono's character for the part of "Eleanor Rigby". Her whole personality seemed to be about longing to be free from the troubles of everyday life. Harumi's split personality also helped cement the role of Eleanor, as her mind was literally struggling within her. As for "Father McKenzie", I used the strange old man from the series. Throughout the show he seemed to be trying to let people know of a great danger that was coming, but no one would listen (mainly because he was clinically insane I would guess). I also tried to squeeze in a few other cool characters that I thought hadn't had enough love from other amvs. Particularly Zebra and the gang from episode 8. They had such a weird and quirky way of acting that I just loved them. Well, in the end I really tried to just make a story from both the show and the amazing song. I hoped I succeeded. If you've never seen Paranoia Agent I highly recommend you give it a shot. It's a very different kind of anime. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it and thanks for all of the support. :)
