  This AMV contains *major* spoilers for Elfen Lied.
  
  I started this video in 2006 after seeing the film Smoking Aces, which uses the song "Dead Reckoning" at the end. The song really stuck out to me and I wanted to use it for an AMV. Having only seen a few animes at the time, I decided to use Elfen Lied because there are so many scenes that match the mood of the song.
  
  Life got in the way and I stopped working on it, but I rewatched what I had in 2009 and about a month ago began finishing the video with Ty, the other member of OMEP.
  
  Since our effects-heavy "Inescapable" video has not been very popular, we decided to stick with what seemed to be in at AX 2010 - cross-dissolves, overlays, and basically nothing else.
  
  An interesting part of developing this video was that originally, since I started it right after Smoking Aces came out, I could only get a low-quality bootleg of the song online. Now I was able to buy it off of Amzon MP3, but the goddamned Amazon version has little bursts of static in it. The static (though minor) is NOT my fault and there's nothing I can do about it. At least I got my dollar back.
