  I love Stricken and when Ty suggested I use it, I realized the lyrics are *perfect* for Elfen Lied and I had to make this, and jumped right into it. We put a *lot* of hours into this video, trying to go crazy with effects and really heavily emphasize the beat, while still fully conveying the story.
  
  Well, there's only so much you can do effect-wise in stock Premiere Pro 2.0, so it's not actually all that fancy. I felt like we had an amaazing video at the time, but a lot of people disliked the heavy use of flashing between clips and black, and invert, as beat sync tools. Now, two years later and a more experienced editor, there are parts of this I don't like. Maybe someday I'll redo it with better effects in AE.
  
  I still think the bars at the end came out really damn well, at any rate.
