• Comments: **NOTE** [more or less a response to some of the quick comments that i have received] i realize that there isn't much editing here (and yes, there is some). i merely intended to make my favorite scene in this game even more beautiful, not to tell a story or win a prize for most film cuts within a ten second period. i re-framed the scene into a 16x9 aspect ratio, cut out the other main characters (as to make Yuna the sole focal point), and added some visual effects to enhance what i think the over all mood to be. that being said, i have since rendered a higher resolution version with a a different overall look, with which i am much happier. until i get around to replacing the one that i have on AMV, i would much prefer all comments and opinions to refer to this version:

  the uploaded video turned out a bit darker than the original for some reason. i apologize for that, and will be fixing it soon.
  
  also, the accompanying music is not just some random tune that i chose as some have suggested. it is a song that i profoundly connect with with the scene for reasons that nobody cares about but me (much like the video as a whole, i'm quickly learning).
  
  
  in conclusion, please keep in mind as you watch "The Dance", that it is not what you would expect to see on this site, mainly because i knew nothing about what makes a proper amv prior to coming here, and still know next to nothing about anime in general. it was posted here as an attempt to share my version of this heart breaking scene with people who i thought might appreciate it.
  
  thank you for reading my over-explanation, and i hope that you find a sliver of enjoyment in the video. if you do, then feel free to view the other that i have posted on Youtube and AMV. it's probably a bit closer to what you would normally see here, although i await your opinion on whether or not it qualifies as a true amv.
