(I think the video is clear enough, but just incase, for clarification, the Angel Sanctuary section is entirely a dream, dream #1. The mushishi section is entirely a dream, dream #2. The guy and the girl in both sections are the same. They are also the same for the old boy section. Which would be dream #3 but is more of a hallucination. The Old Boy guy is the "main character" having the dreams. he gets tired of them, boom, no more dreams)
