• Comments: This is an AMV I've been working on for quite a while now. It was very hard to complete this AMV, because after 2-3 hours of editing it, I get into some kind of emo depressing mood, thanks to Air. But at last, it is done, more or less how I wanted it to be. I enjoyed making it (in a sadistic kind of way), and I hope that you all will enjoy watching it too.

  This video is a retelling of Misuzu's story in Air from three different perspectives: Misuzu's, Yukito's, and Haruko's. I chose this song because I cannot think of a better song that fits this series. Yes, I know it's Hilary Duff, but from the first time I heard this song I immediately thought of Air. Then, I did not know how to make AMVs nor did I want to, so in a way, this song contributed to my AMV-making hobby. Of course, that was three years ago. After many trials and challenges, I have finally created the AMV I so wanted to.
  
  "In a moment, everything can change."
  
  That summer, she found a interesting young man, sleeping in the light breeze.
  
  "In a moment, everything can change."
  
  At that very same moment, he found himself staring at a girl, spreading her arms, longing for the sky.
  
  "In a moment, everything can change."
  
  As the summer comes to an end, she finally realizes what would make her happy, but it's gone...
  
  "Open up the part of you that wants to hide away.
  
  Without realizing it, she unlocked a part of her ancient past.
  
  "Forget about the reasons why you can't in life.
  
  He promised to be with her forever and asked for her bravery.
  
  "And start to try, because it's your time.
  
  So she decided that it was time for her to push forward...
  
  "Time to fly.
  
  ...towards her goal, and then she decided to fly.

  "It was the beginning of a summer that was as short as a star's twinkle...and as long as an eternity.
  
  For 1000 summers, the cycle repeated over and over...
  
  "I've finally reached it, the place I've always looked for...the place of eternal happiness."
  
  This fleeting moment of eternity put forth through great endeavors is more than just an elusive reverie.
  
  "We don't choose which path to take... Like a dream, the path is chosen for us. But still, we keep searching for the answers..."
  
  We cannot change who we are, but we can change who we will be.
  
  "There is a meaning for wings that cannot fly! It's a precious memory of when you once flew in the sky."
  
  And so he continues to search for that mysterious girl in the sky...
  
  "...So I will go on a voyage to continue searching for her. And someday, I will bring her back to welcome a new beginning."
  
  Thus, the 1000th summer comes to an end, leaving behind hope and memories that will forever be cherished.
