    Well, this was a wonderful tool for helping me procrastinate. ^^
    I was supposed to be doing an overdue mep part with Macross . . . and somehow I got distracted . . . and six hours later, I still had made no progress on the part, but had created this . . . thing. I basically just wanted to make it quickly because of my own enjoyment of the song, and because I thought other people might enjoy hearing the song in full synced to the characters that sang it in the series. Nothing special, yet somehow I find that I'm getting higher ratings on this than some of my other videos. XD Well, I suppose that follows the theory that "Less is More." This is completely raw, simple fades, simple timing.

    As for the title "His Wings," in the series. Alto (the lead male) says to the two girls (Sheryl and Ranka) that they are his inspiration as a pilot, and that their voices give him the strength to fly. He says this shortly before this same song starts to play over the loudspeaker, Ranka singing it. Then, feeling competitive, Sheryl joins in, followed by Ranka, and the end result is a surprise concert, a baffled Alto, and my favorite duet in the series.
