  Yeah, the title is from the movie: Crank :)
  Why is that?
  Because this amv is based on that movie :) Light is infected with the "chinese stuff", and Ryuk is helping him get revenge on the "bad" guys. Also, only the Death Note can keep Light alive. With that, he can pump up his adrenalin and keep his heart beating. He cant stop...
  
  We dont know from the intro, who was the one who infected Light, or what happened exactly, i will leave that for you. :)
  
  Also I wanted to follow the movie so, I tried to make something similar to it with the DN + NIN feeling. That is why the ending is so much like such as the movie's ending. After Light die in the helicopter, and Ryuk goes back to his homeland, Light's last thinks are that he is falling down. (Or maybe he is rly falling down...i will leave that for you too :) )
  
  Why Death Note?
  Because this is the only anime what was good for that. That was the only anime what has the scenes that i needed, and also the only one with mature and nice graph in that theme.
  
  Why so much effect?
  Cant help...sorry. Nine inch nails required that much effect. Also i wanted always keep the adrenalin up if you watch the amv. So i decided to add these because of that.
