As explained on the Vimeo link, I used to create music videos many years ago. I made this video because I was bored and wanted to see if I could still do it. I'd appreciate all comments good or bad, but I'm not hoping to get back into the AMV scene. This is a nostalgia trip if anything :)
The song is either a weird choice or an overused cliché depending on who you ask, but I think it suits the style of the video and the end result works well. I actually edited the song down myself so that it would fit the video structure I had in mind. I wanted the video to have some sort of narrative element without going overboard and trying to tell a complete story.
My technique's not changed from years earlier so I don't expect to blow anybody away with this video, but I'd hope it's at least well made. I'm certainly proud of the end result.
