• Comments: First of all, this is my 2nd AMV using Sony Vegas 8.0 and I'm starting to get a better understanding of how to use it.
  
  Second of all, this is not just any ordinary Anime Music Video, its an AMV mashed with the original music video for the song. What I tried to do is see if I could rework Ne-Yo's "Closer" music video to make it seem like the video was for these 8 couples I use. So because of this, not only did I sync to the song, but I also synced to the flow of the music video, as I tried blending the footage with what was happening on the video (Topographies, special effects like the video using the closing curtain in the original, etc.). So don't be surprised that there is non-anime footage in this.
  
  Now that I got those out of the way, I just wanted to do something new and refreshing, something I havn't seen done too many times, which are AMV's that also make use of the songs official music video. I believe if you do this, there is more of a connection between the song and the anime footage used. And I decided to this AMV around one theme: Closeness. Not only physically, but also emotionally, so this AMV will have a bunch of romantic moments for the 8 couples I used. I also wanted to do an anime mix, because with these couples, it gives me more options to sync with the song, like using the very intimate couple from Kanokon to sync to the words "I can taste her on my tongue" with the famous kiss from the first episode. Or using the couple from Zero no Tsukaima to sync to "The more I get, the More I want" with how saito is usually on the receiving end of the relationship, using in the form of punishments, lol.
  
  And I finally have the nerve of checking the Digital Effects box as I'm now a little more confident on my effects usage with Sony Vegas.
