This was inspired by an AMV seen on YouTube by jadepuppy. The account and AMV were removed later on, so I decided to do a version of it. The original had a bunch of scenes of Tohru's mother and grandpa during the chorus, but to keep to the song, I used as many images of her father as I could. That meant pulling from the manga as well. To give it a bit of originality, I made Tohru sing as much as possible.
I'd got it done ahead of time for Sakura-Con, but I like to think of this as a Mother's Day AMV. Thus, it ends not on Tohru, but Kyoko, who both song, anime, and manga credit as her greatest support, friend, and comfort. So Happy Mother's Day from MoMzMac.
