  This probably is currently my best attempt at a full on action AMV.
  
  This was kind of a spur of the moment AMV. I heard the song months ago and thought it could go well with death note. But I never thought I would make it because I really was never interested in making a Death Note AMV. Much later the AVCON competition was coming up in a month or so and I had nothing to enter. Thought i'd give making an action AMV a go So i used this idea and rushed to complete it. I spent a week sourcing clips then maybe another week to edit the whole thing together.
  
  First half i just mainly followed the story and synced it into the song . By the 2nd half i had run out of prepared ideas and was just laying down footage syncing anything. But even so after completing it I ended up liking the second half better. One effect I like in this AMV was in a scene where the charcter REM is walking backwards into black and the focus is on the red eye, I made the eye blink/flash, but its kinda subtle.
  
  Footage quality is a bit crummy. Colour space conversion can really crap up crap footage. And i broke the seemingly invincible debug frameserver program when i tried exporting this in vdub.
  
  The file is encoded as an H264 mp4 so you may need to get VLC player to see it.
