Hi!
Welcome to my next installment of AMV. Based on a curently ongoing series called Heroic Age. Now this is not about a certain age or period. Age is a person. There was once a people who called themselves the "Golden Tribe". They possessed many powers, including creating planets and seeing into the future. They then called on primitive beings, telling them to explore the universe. Three races were able to reply to their call; the Golden Tribe referred to these races as the "Silver Tribe", the "Bronze Tribe", and the "Hero Tribe". Long after, when the Golden Tribe were about to move on to another universe, a new race replied to their call. This new race, humankind, was referred to as the "Iron Tribe".
Due to their extraordinary powers and aggressive nature, the titanic beings known as the "Hero Tribe" waged an interstellar civil war and caused the destruction of thousands of planets and stars. The expanding ruin angered the Golden Tribe and they punished the surviving five members of the Heroic Tribe for the destruction they had caused. Caught in a magical cage, they were subdued and condemned by the Golden Tribe to serve tribes weaker than them. Reduced to the state of diamond-like stones, they were given to five individuals, the strongest of which, Bellcross, entered the body of a boy("Age") from the Iron Tribe. Those chosen people were then referred to as 'Nodos'. The Fifth Nodos was directly raised by the Golden Tribe on the Ruined Planet, Oron, in order to fulfill a prophecy passed down by the Iron Tribe's royal family.
That's a little history on the anime background.
Well I didn't manage to use the song first. Least I seconded it.
It's a good band with great sound and voices. Check out their latest album. They were the ones that played at the end of Max Payne 2.
I thnik I used one special effect. It's barely visible.
And lip-sync is used once unless you count the Nodos in certain moments.
Well that checks up the tech detail.
Now onto the song and the AMV.
Hope you comment back, here or on forum.
Cheers! ....and download the fraking K-lite codec pack if there's no image.
LYRICS:
They're locking up the sun, the light of reason gone,
n' hope has been succesfully undone
The question's burning on, where is it coming from,
no-one seems to know the monster born
It's a bad trip on a sinking ship, when no-one seems responsible
Scapegoat to rock the boat, yeah, we need someone expendable
Volunteers to face the fears, can we be sensible
And find a way to break the fall, find out the cure for all
Is there a hero somewhere, someone who appears and saves the day
Someone who holds out a hand and turns back time
Is there a hero somewhere, someone who will never walk away
Who doesn't turn a blind eye to a crime
They're locking up the sun, they have their chosen one,
you know this time they'll make him play along
They're taking to the arms, the fathers and their sons,
there's nowhere left to run and hide
It's a bad trip on a sinking ship, when no-one seems responsible
Scapegoat to rock the boat, yeah, we need someone expendable
Volunteers to face the fears, can we be sensible
And find a way to break the fall, find out the cure for all
Is there a hero somewhere, someone who appears and saves the day
Someone who holds out a hand and turns back time
Is there a hero somewhere, someone who will never walk away
Who doesn't turn a blind eye to a crime
And in the emptiness, there's a solution,
just look within yourself for absolution
