• Comments: Well, folks, today is a special day indeed.
  
  For I have finally completed a video that has been in planning for almost 7 months.
  
  A little backstory.
  
  When I picked up Weird Al Yankovich's new album last fall, a number of AMV ideas leapt into my head, but none were as strong as this: Weird Al's definitive Power Ballad Parody of one of the cheesiest songs ever.
  
  It is one of my favorite songs of all time, and every time I heard it, I couldn't help but connect it to L from Death Note. Something about a Stalker confessing his love to an unwilling object of affection just seemed to fit with my view of the dumbest pairing ever: Light and L.
  
  I mean, seriously people. L is a creepy stalker and Light is a psychotic madman trying to kill him. It DOESN'T WORK.
  
  So I made this AMV to detail the "romance" of Light and L.
  
  It was my first time seriously attempting the proper method of lip sync, and while in some places it looks off and in others it looks glitchy, alot of the time the trembling lips just adds to the effect.
  
  There is one part early on with a fairly annoying graphical glitch that I couldn't find for the life of me, but otherwise, I think it turned out really good, one of my best works so far.
  
  I put alot of time into this video, so I hope you enjoy.

  Post Anime Expo 2007 Update
  
  Well, somehow against all common sense Does L Creep You Out has won two awards at Anime Expo 2007's AMV Contest, Best in Category - Comedy and Fan Favorite. I'm not exactly sure how.

  Post Nan Desu Kan 11 Update
  
  The awards and accolades continue for this outing of mine. Best Comedy and Audience Best in Show at Nan Desu Kan in Denver.
  
  Well, time to make a video that I think DESERVES all this attention. ^_^
