• Comments: Our world is in peril. Gaea, the spirit of the Earth, can no longer stand the terrible destruction plaguing our planet. She sends five magic rings to five special young people: Kwame (Sabaku no Gaara ), from Africa, with the power of Earth. From North America, Wheeler (Uchiha Sasuke), with the power of Fire. From the Soviet Union, Linka (Temari), with the power of Wind. From Asia, Gi (Haku), with the power of Water. And from South America, Ma Ti (Rokku Ri), with the power of Heart. When the five powers combine, they summon Earth's greatest champion: Sekai Taicho (????). Go Planet! The power is yours!

  This video is a product of a conversation a bunch of my friends and I had about old television shows one study hall period. Of course, me being me, had to decide that I could make an awesome AMV using the Captain Planet closing theme. I was either going to use Flame of Recca, Bleach, or Naruto. After some careful consideration I chose Naruto. I set to work and completed it within two or three months, spending all of my little free time (and then some) working on it. I finished the video in March of '06, just in time to get it in before the Anime Boston deadline. Unfortunately it did not make it past the preliminaries (no one I've showed it to, thus far, can understand why), but I believe it was shown in the overflow so maybe you've seen it before. I regret not uploading this a year ago, when I finished it. At that point in time there were no Naruto/Captain Planet videos, so it was still an original idea. Never-the-less here it is; please leave an opinion telling me what you think.
