• Comments: THIS IS NOT A MOVIE MAKER AMV...
  After problems with WMM and codecs,I settled down with Vegas 6 these 3 last months and the result is this amv.It has huge spoilers so don't read further if you haven't watched the anime.
  
  The idea for this amv came as soon as I heard the song.I was in a friend's house and we were listening to some new tracks I had downloaded when I realised that this song could be used for an amv.Using sb's death as the main theme and creating an atmosphere around it.
  Anyway,I settled down with Elfen Lied and decided to start editing.Whoa,having used only WMM up until now I realised how annoying cropping specific clips before editing is.So along with Vegas I learnt a bit of VirtualDub.
  
  Concerning the amv,I tried to give to the anime a different story.
  The main point of the video is that Lucy died for Kouta and Yuka.These two were taking care of her since Lucy was an old friend of Kouta but soon feelings of love grew among them.Anyway,the family obtains more members with the addition of Mayu and Nana but the ending isn't happy...That's why the amv begins with crying faces...Later I give a little background on Lucy and how she met Kouta and then the main vid begins.The original ending is at 4:14 so I used the last seconds of the amv to give a quick revision of how things happened.
  
  The lesson of the amv - well,everything's gonna be alright/be strong/believe
  That's the chorus and that's the motto.Although sad things happen,you'll have to always look forward.And surely good times'll come...
  
  Before ending,I'd like to give my thanks to Turgon for the encouragement and his help with Photoshop and to jade_eyed_angel for her conseils and general help.Rina,please don't hate me after all these pms.^^
  I must not also forget the guides of the site.Without them,none of this could have been done.
  
  Since this is my first work with Vegas,any opinions or quick comments would be welcome.Thanks for watching...

  ps:Just for those who ask about the quality,I didn't use Avisynth to filter the vid and make it look better.I don't know how to use it yet.The footage is from fansubs but all subtitles were removed.
