  • Comments: This is my second Fullmetal Alchemist MMV. My first one disappeared from AMV.org for some reason; I don't know why. O.o And just to warn people, it has some visual spoilers for up to Chapter 67 of the manga.

    It turned out to be a pretty busy video. I started out wanting to accomplish three things: 1)Explore the Elric brothers' relationship with Izumi and Roy, 2)Show how Izumi and Roy have taken over the parental figure/mentor roles from Trisha and Hohenheim, and 3)Make parallels between characters and relationships.

    Anyway, it ended up focusing mostly on Ed's relationship with Izumi, Roy, and Hohenheim. Al and Trisha faded to the background, I'm sorry! ;_; I would have liked to show more of the Al+Roy relationship, but ran out of time and space. Also, I feel pretty lucky that Hohenheim showed up in Chapter 67, because that scene made a nice parallel to Chapter 53 ("I'm sorry, I'll have to use you").

    In any case, I think it's better than my first video, because this time I have better scans and made it on a computer that actually has sound.

    (Btw, my more well-known online alias is CSakuraS, so yes, I did create this video. It doesn't seem like I can change my user name here though. D:)
