Well, the vidieo is prtty much about sasuke and itachi. Sasuke is being thoroughly beaten by Itachi and gets to see the whole clan get wiped out.
Later on in the video susuke tries to surpass his brother by learning the clans basic fire jutsu, but it seems sasuke has a long way before he can match up his elder brother itachi.
