That's one way to avoid having to deal with mouth movements--use an anime where no one's mouth moves ;)
The song is from the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex OST. It reminded me a lot of this anime, and I felt they would work well together. Seeing the final product, I dare say I was right. I don't know if anyone will catch this, but I edited the audio down by about a minute, for a couple reasons. One is that since the source anime is so short I figured the shorter the audio the better. But aside from that, I didn't like the full version. It's too slow in places for this video, plus I've always felt it drags on. I hoping it still sounds fine, I like it at any rate.
