• Comments: Finally! It's over. It took so long. You wanna know how long? You wanna know how long? I'll tell you how long. When i started making it, the jokes were still funny. That's how long it took.
  
  Seriously, this AMV has been haunting me for far too long. It's a year and a half since i first put footage to timeline. I don't know whether the end result shows all that work, but over the course of making it i've learned a great deal of AMV craft - video ripping, processing, editing, timing, lip syncing, compression and so on. Some parts of it have departed a long way from my original plans quite drastically - the arabic, for example - while others haven't changed since my naive plans two years - like the choice for Steve Jobs.
  
  As breaks from making this, i've done a number of smaller, easier projects: Timegate, Another Life and Hamburger Hill - as recreations of opening credits. And what will i do now it's finished? For now, i'll just take a long break, and play Kingdom of Loathing. For future projects, i've hopefully learned my lesson - avoid big multi-anime videos. Stick to little things that have punch and can succeed or fail without doing any harm.
