  • Comments: Ever since I watched the series finale of Sailor Moon (which was the best anime finale I've ever seen), I've had the scenes and story swimming in my head. I guess my intention with this video is to show what it is I'm always thinking of when I think back to Sailor Moon stars.

    No transformation sequences, no solid romantic theme, no real character profile. I don't really know what this video's theme or message is. I suppose it's just wrapped up in Usagi's strength, and the final battle. Throughout the entire series, someone aaaalways came to Usagi's rescue, whether it was Tuxedo Kamen or any other senshi. But when she fought Galaxia, she was essentially forced to do the job alone, which to me was a key aspect in why the finale was so great.

    After a few listens to the song (by the immensely talented Bjork), I started remembering some of the beautiful visuals in the final episode, and voila. Amv. Though I'm certainly not against doing this, I am saddened to admit that I did have to edit the song a bit. Had I left the extra minute, the video would have become stale and redundant. I still don't feel right about it, though, as Bjork is one of my favorite musicians. Bad me. I may have to burn this video one day to feel better, but until then- please enjoy.
