  I am so excited about this. I would like to first give props to all of you who make these AMVs because it is really hard work. The hardest thing to do is to put everything in your mind down into a three or four minute video.
  
  Anyway, I know my username is "kikyo" maniac and I am a huge fan of the Inuyasha anime, but I also like Samurai X aka Rarouni Kenshin. I wanted my first vid to be about Inuyasha however this song "I Will Be Right Here Waiting For You" got in my head and I couldn't think of anything more appropriate than doing this song with Samurai X. The song talks about "wherever you go, whatever you do, I will be right here waiting for you... Whatever it takes, or how my heart brakes, I will be right here waiting for you." This song is exactly how Kaoru feels about Kenshin. The second movie of the "OVAs" really showed these feelings that they shared for one another. I checked out the site and nobody had a AMV for this song so I fought with my computer and finally got the thing to rip some dvds (Phades guide was really helpful) and then I worked on this AMV day and night. I am a little upset that I don't have any fancy flashers yet and all that other stuff, but I made my video using Windows Movie Maker and I used some of the transitions and stuff so it wasn't just a flat mode through the whole song. Oh yeah, on the first verse the song says "I heard your voice on the line" and the only thing at first I could think about was phone line however in the video Kaoru was kidnapped at the time and so I had her running towards Kenshin and then the bad guy blocks her so my take on that was she was calling out to him but her life was on the line. (I think I just over explained that a little too much.)
  
  Anyway I hope you enjoy this video and this is my first so I would appreciate some "tasteful and creative" comments. Thank you and I hope you enjoy the vid.
