This is a tribute to the talented hyuga shinobi Neji. At first he was a bit cruel but later on since the fight against naruto he changed completely and is a very strong ally with his gentle fist style, only rock lee could do something against him in close range combat. His best jutsus are byakuang and 64 hands of hakke oh and the whirl defense too.
