This video was created as a tribute to the girls of Uninhabited Planet Survive, who I consider to be some of the neatest girls in anime. I set out to capture their moments of strength, weakness, and self-discovery in a way that would flow well with the music, which is a techno-pace and really calls for action.
I chose this song first because it is about what it is to be female, and then decided on the dance remix version - which doesn't have many of the lyrics - because what I wanted was to have an action-based video rather than something slower. That limited the clips in a way, but I think it creates the atmosphere I was looking for.
