  This is my fifth music vid, and it's to Staind's "Been a While". It took me almost 2 months to do. There weren't as many specific lyric matching opportunities in this song and honestly I'm not a huge fan of the song, but I think I found an overall idea that matches the song and so I went with it, and I like the way it turned out. I experimented with some interesting new transparency effects in this vid; as always feedback is appreciated. Some people might not catch on to what I'm trying to do with this vid right away, so a little summary follows, so that you can have a better idea about what’s going on in this vid:
  
  
  WARNING SPOILERS FOLLOW (If you have not seen the series do not read this! I'm so fucking serious it's not even funny. I don't want any Evangelion experience ruining on my conscience! ^_^ )
  
  I've named this vid “Reminiscence”, because it basically begins at the point during End of Evangelion when Shinji is in Lilith, and it shows what might have gone through his mind as he is making his decision concerning Instrumentality. It also deals with his hatred of his father and of piloting Eva, and his love / hate relationship with Asuka. In the end he realizes that although there are people who have caused him a lot of pain, he still misses the interaction with other people.
