Comments: I made this video around February of 2002. I really liked Rammstein's new album and I wanted to use a song for a video about Asuka, so this was the perfect song. It ended up including shinji and rei as well which I like.

I had a lot of trouble with the video source though... This is my favorite music video that I have ever done, but the video quality is poor so I have been reluctant to post it. The only footage I had at the time of Death Rebirth/End of Eva was a VHS copy of a Hong Kong VCD subtitled in Chinese. You don't know how happy my anime group was to get it at the time! ^_^ However, it was not very good for a music video, not to mention that my friend's capture card was improperly configured and kept dropping frames like mad. I had to recapture several part multiple times and there are still some very bad segments of frame drop.

Still it is a really cool video. I like the blue blip that I use when they sing "Mother" and I am also proud of the fact that I subtitled the lyrics to the song. Though I just took them from some website, I apologize for not giving credit, and they may not be accurate, but I tried to create some connections between the lyrics and the images. I hope you enjoy the video.
