Done with Pinnacle DV500/ Adobe Premiere 6.0
I wanted to do something with Rei that I don't believe has been done before. Rei is part of, and representative of, so many things that I wanted to do a video that would show that. This video is not representative of the actual neon genesis series at all. Instead I tried to capture all the different faces of Rei and what I thought they were seeing. I also tried to use footage that I didn't think I'd seen in other EVA music videos. Some of the footage seems to be used in in every video, and I didn't want to do that with this one.
I was going to enter it at sakura con, but it is not quite ready, so I think I will wait until next year.
