This was my composition entry at Anime North 2004. I already had two other ideas for good FLCL videos before hand but I only had vol 3 of the dvd leaving me only two episodes to work with. This song fit those two episodes best.
The lack of footage made this video easier and harder to make. First it was easy because there wasn't too much footage to go through, but it was also annoying because I'd have to substitute filler footage when I know other episodes have clips that would fit better. All and all though I'm really happy with how the video turned out.
This video was my second time using after effects I did about 30 seconds straight of video composition during a guitar solo that went really nice.
