• Comments: A lesson on reinstalling operating systems: Originally I had planned to enter my UHF video (stay tuned!), but due to my recent computer woes, I ran out of time to finish a full-length video. Thankfully, Anime Central's AMV contest has a theme category, and this year's theme is Commercial (as in TV commercials) - and I did have enough time to put together a video of less than one-minute's length.
  
  With that in mind, I wanted to pay tribute to ACen's guests - OK, truth is, I wanted to work in a tribute to Megatokyo for Fred "Piro" Gallagher, and it grew from there. There's footage from Read or Die, Puni Puni Poemi, Excel Saga, and Azumanga Daioh, in tribute to the various Japanese GOHs. I also used a clip of a song from SID, the musical GOH - hence the "blatant" part. BTW, that in itself is a tribute to the folks that use Shameless in their title.
  
  Anyway, it's based on the Expedia commercials, with Mireille and Kirika from Noir as the web surfers. They're looking for a hotel in the Chicago area, and the only one available near the airport happens to be holding Anime Central... You get the idea.
  
  It's different, let me just say. I tried to make it look as much like an actual commercial as possible, so it's not like your typical AMV. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

  Yay! Even despite the sound issues (which were primarily my fault - the sound levels on the video are pretty low. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, AGAIN!)
