This video presents 17 series. There's no much to say about it, except that it was made just for fun (and to present our school's "Club Japanim" to new students, but WilLow did it better than me... check his videos !).
You may wonder : "why such a weird title?" (I wish you didn't...)
I study computer science at ENSEEIHT in Toulouse, France. ENSEEIHT is pronounced "N-set" or, in French, "N7" (N sept). Hence the "N_SEVEN". And there are 17 series in this AMV. You've got it : "N_SEVENteen".
