This was our first anime music video ever! Who are we? Kazz, Silvercat, and Spyral: go on look us up. ;)
We had this idea back in June but didn't have all the stuff to make it yet, so we just went through all of Season 1 of Slayers to find the footage. Hooray for DVD fast-forward options! So we pieced together what we wanted the video to look like, what to include and where. We had a nice little script developed after a weekend session. It took two days to finally capture all the footage (insert technical horror story here). This video kinda created itself as we put things together. There are only a few things that remained the same as the plan, and some clips got switched around. So much for the script!
Then it took about two weeks of "post-production". It's great having a perfectionist do all those details that make it look really good. Thanks Kazz!
This video contains spoilers! I think that Slayers fans will get the most out of this video, but it's enjoyable enough for everyone. There is no picture, only sound, for the first few seconds of the video - don't worry, it's supposed to be like that.
