Entertain thoughts that give life And when a thought or resentment, or hurt, or fear comes your way, have another thought that is more powerful; a thought that is love.
  
  For one human being to love another: that is perhaps the most difficult of our tasks; the ultimate, the last test and proof, the work for which all other work is but preparation. The quality of love and the duration of a relationship are in direct proportion to the depth of the commitment by both people to making the relationship successful. Commit yourself wholeheartedly and unconditionally to the most important people in your life.
  
  I like not only to be loved, but also to be told that I am loved. I'm not sure that others are of the same mind. But the realm of silence is large enough beyond the grave. This is the world of light and speech, and I will leave to tell the ones in my life that they are very dear to me. Love alone is capable of uniting living beings in such a way as to complete and fulfill them, for it alone takes them and joins them by what is deepest in themselves.

  I was watching the film Adaptation the other day and something that Nicolas Cage said in the film really stood to me. It sparked me to think alot about my past and how I can apperciate and make my future better.
