  This is my third video to date. Overall it is a refinement of my earlier experiments in timing and it features, I feel, some very good layering. The sense of flow and action in this AMV is probably my best to date. In addition, compared to my other videos the video quality is much improved, although I still have a way to go compared to what it could be.
  
  This video was made in a mad rush for Portconmaine shortly after moving to Maine. After registering late I discovered that there was going to be an AMV contest included, which if I wanted to compete I had to complete an AMV in literally one week. Most of the major editing was done over the course of 3 days with another 2 days spent trying to make sure the output complied with their standards and experimenting with different options to try and get the best quality I could manage. I was working on dated software but overall I feel it turned out good. That said there are one or two areas near the beginning of the video I felt could have turned out better. In the latter half of the AMV however I had hit my stride and I am very pleased with the results. The concept is coherent and came together nicely.
  
  In the future I plan to find some new software and see what I can manage.
