I started this video for Orgeditor but unfortunate circumstances led me unable to finish it. This July I received a laptop so I was finally able to finish it again! It took awhile to get the files needed for it back, but after about a month I was able to edit the rest of the video! I messed with this pencil-like effect in vegas but I don't think it turned out the best >>
The theme for the round was to remake an old fairytale, so I chose Beauty and the Beast! The story is about a man who's trying to write a new version of the tale, and comes up with the idea to switch the roles of the beauty (now the man) and the beast (a woman.) The woman comes across the beauty's castle and stays there, eventually falling for him. The beauty sees the curse that ails her, and as he realizes his feelings for her as well, lifts the spell from her in return for his own curse that gives him a beastly form. Love's true kiss, of course, breaks the curse finally, and the two live happily ever after.
I had a lot of problems trying to compress this amv >> I downloaded all of the stuff (avsynth and virtualdub and zarxgui) and each time I tried to compress it is stopped and only rendered a max of 21 seconds. So this file is actually a double compressed Xvid file from Vegas, so the quality is not as good. Hopefully I can figure it out soon, but I hope this file is bearable enough. And I still have trouble with the ftp, so it's a mediafire file, sorry :(
