  Almost every AMV is born as an idea that the editor kicks around in his or her head long enough until it's too irresistible to keep to themselves any more. That is, if they have the means to make it happen, which for several years I simply didn't. Once I got my new computer, however, I knew it was only a matter of time before I'd be able to putting my ideas down on the timeline and finally get around to making this happen.
  
  Not that this is a high-concept AMV or anything. Far from it. And I don't know if all the time I had to wait to make it necessarily made it any better than if I'd been able to sit down and throw it together back in 2004. But it's a vast improvement over the first AMV I finished and I think it's a fun and fitting character-focused video, or at least a few months of sporadic editing was enough to convince myself that it was.
