Once upon a time, there was some very nice members of AMV-France which were at the Chibi Japan Expo 2nd Edition. Since they were so happy to be together and it would have been too-too sad to leave each other at the end of the convention, they decided to go to an Irish bar to drink some non-alcoholic beverage.

While drinking, the topic of the Toulouse Game Show, the french very next convention was broached:
''- It's too bad no one of us has send an amv to this contest, especially since the deadline to send the amv is tomorrow...
- Yeah, especially since the subject this year is "Underground"... (Insert sarcasm here)
- He!! What do you say about going at kenzuka's flat to do a MEP for this contest??!!
