• Comments: This is part 2 of my tribute to My-HiME's great protagonist, Mai Tokiha. While 'Everybody Loves Mai' focused on her loveable character and popularity, this video focuses on Mai the (admittedly reluctant) warrior. First off, those watching both of my videos in sequence will notice some scenes used in both videos; it is perhaps regrettable, but the truth is that both videos are triumphant in theme and Mai's triumphant moments in the series are few and far between. It's an excuse, but sometimes you have to excuse yourself....
  
  There's some trite, minor experimentation with lip-synching. I decided to include it in the technical details because, honestly, I did attempt it. I don't expect to score high points in that category in opinions (ah, so glorious to set your expectations low :)).
  
  Anyway, for our action I picked Stan Bush's 'The Touch' from the soundtrack for 'Transformers: The Movie' (the 80s animated classic, not the new live-action movie). One of my favorite songs for one of my favorite anime characters. It's a great song for any hero, ne?
