My third tribute to Dai no daiboken, manga version ! ^^
I never thought I would do a tribute to the immortal knight and the not-so-baddie evil general.
I liked those characters, but I've never heard any music appealing enough for those two, especially together.
Until recently.
Hyunkel and Hadler have several things which oppose them : death of Hyunkel's father, battle philosophy, battle style, goals in life.
But they have at least one thing in common : they consider themselves as sacrifiable pawns, living only to be used/crushed, because of mistakes or misunderstandings. Vearn and Myst lied to them, manipulating their feelings to force them to do what they wanted to.
While their final battle begins, Hyunkel and Hadler finally look into each other, and see the same suffering. They are in close places, at a little different times. But they acknowledge each others, after being lethal enemies, as the path they chose is slowly disappearing with their consciousness.
