    Ahh... Embrace... It's such a beautiful song. Too bad few people are willing to tolerate the humorous side of Lost Universe to see why the song has such emotional power to the LU fans. ^^;;;

    Nevertheless- I think this song is probably Kane's theme. It was the song that the music box his grandmother gave him plays, and that melody is cherished because of the memories it reminds him of. Of course, these could be good or bad memories, but they remind him of the person that he loved the most.

    His remaining link to Alicia is Canal, the computer system of the ship Swordbreaker. Alice was once Canal's master, and upon Alicia's death, she was told to go and protect Kane.

    Now, you know the meaning behind the song, as well as the reason why I chose it for a music video on Kane and Canal. The song's simplicity helps add to its power and helps the images that the video presents.

    I'm proud of the fact that I have 1) inspired people who have not yet seen the series to go watch it, and 2) have made fans of the LU series cry at the imagry it presents. It is so thick with spoilers, that you can cut through it with a knife... But... If you're familiar with this pair, you will understand the story told in the video.

    This video was created in Quick Editor, using an STB Pro Video card for capturing. The audio was originally an mp3 that was decoded to wav file through WinAmp.

    This video took very little time to create, but I had to plan out the concept and what images and clips that I would use with it. There's not much that I have the ability to time to, as the song is simply the single melody from a music box, but... It's tone presents a path to unfold the pictures with.

    The hardest thing was watching it when it was complete. I didn't realize how sad the video would turn out until its final, and ending clip was in place...

    Also, as with all my videos, I do appreciate feedback on them. So if you can find the time, please send comments on this video. They would be greatly appreciated.
