For the many that don't know, Evil Genius is a video game developed by Elixir Studios. The player assumes the role of an evil genius that would feel right at home in a 60's spy thriller. This tongue-in-cheek game involves such activities as constructing an underground base complete with traps, recruiting henchmen, plotting evil deeds, and attempting world domination. Not surprisingly, Excel Saga is an 'Excel-lent' match for such a game.
The audio is taken from the intro movie to the game; I ended up having to use GraphEdit to record it from my soundcard since I was unable to find a way to decode the audio files used by the game.
