Comments: I know I swore off making videos with Kapitel footage during my last WK AMV (Tokyo Rose), but this was a video I've been wanting to make for almost four years now and finally felt up to the task. Adding in a healthy dose of footage from the OAVs and Gluhen didn't hurt, and I even drew from two of the so-called "Music Clip Animation" music videos (Tokyo Sling and Carnival 2000 specifically) to finish it out.

This is an action video centered on Aya, the angsty florist-assassin swordsman of Weiss. Originally I'd conceived the video to have more of an Aya/Omi bent, but as I got deeper into the editing I realized pretty quickly that wasn't going to work out. As a result, there's a little bit of everyone paired off with Aya, except perhaps Sakura and Asami, as neither particularly worked in the context of the video. They're probably better off not in there anyhow as Aya comes off as a bit of an abusive boyfriend anyhow. ;)

"Freude" is German for "Joy", the name of the song used in this video.
