Profile: I'm a programmer working an extended contract and only in the past 6 months started seriously watching anime. I watched a few as a kid but only half-assed (why? damn, I'm stupid). I've since caught up.

I began work on my first amv at the end of November, 2001 ecause of a contest I wanted to enter. It was very fun (err... aside from sweating over a good song to use and spending hours with VirtualDub cutting clips) and I hope I did a good job.

I enjoy video games (role playing, more PC RPGs though) and music like Metallica, Tool, Alice in Chains, A Perfect Circle and ... hmmmm.... that's about it. I don't really like newer artists for some reason. Oh, I also like soundtracks. Mostly instrumental but sometimes vocal are good too. And a larger portion of those seem to be anime sound tracks.

I hope to make a few more amvs but I'm not going to rush just to have something out there. I'd rather have two or three good videos than 15 really crappy ones.
