stupid editors?

are editors becoming more and more cynical of style? I've noticed that people using anime such as kingdom hearts, pokemon, or toradora are being accused of being bad at editing by editors who use anime like bleach, naruto and fma. It just seems unfair. I mean...isnt editing supposed to be a community of different, and stylish ppl with ideas. We should learn from other people's styles not diss them just because we think ours is "better" or more "pro" >_>
