90% of all percentages are made up XD
Anyways, that was mostly me raging at kaream's bull. He was basically trying to say that youtube had bad editors on it, which was majorly elitist. (we had a rage fight on msn)
He wouldnt listen to me when i told him that he didnt know shit about the youtube editing community because you really only know about who you sub too.
Thats how youtube works.
I'm subbed to over 1000 people because i like to view as much as i can. (and im always subbing new editors....so ik its a huge community) On occasion someone who wasn't doing good before takes a leap or 2 and i like to encourage them to take a few more leaps and become as good as they can be.
Thats why i love youtube. It lets new editors really learn from other editors...and eventually they may move to the org or choose to stay. (Their choice :3)
Personally im in the middle and i like to view both sides of the argument. :3
(Also, in a previous entry i noted why youtube and org both need to stfu and stop fighting over whos better. I also noted that not everyone on org is elitist.)

What comes to mind when u think about the term "PRO"?
If your from youtube, you probably think of people like shinnie04, koopiskeva, chiikaboom, mentalprodigy, and others.
If your from org...you probably laugh and call the person who said it a newb. |:
The main problem with the term pro imo is that people dont understand what it MEANS D:
Theres two kinds of pros.
Pro = Proficient. ----This is probably the best kind of use for the term. It means whoever is called it is excellent at what they do(editing/encoding/etc) I think people should use "pro" to mean this because this is the way its being used on youtube.
Pro = Professional. ---- This means your being directly paid to do what your doing. No one gets payed to edit amvs, and if they do they're damn lucky bitches XD
Basically...when people hear "Pro" they assume that it means professional. This is incorrect for the most part when it comes to editing amvs. Pro has become a way of saying that whoever is "pro" knows what their doing and can do it well.
Pro is also relative. In my eye, someone who can properly encode and who has a wide knowledge of amvs is the minimum to even be considered "amazing," let alone "PRO."
However, to the average youtuber, "pro" can be anyone better than them. This goes for org editors and youtube editors alike.
This doesnt mean everyone should put editors from youtube down however! Some just dont know any better.
I think editors should put the cocky bullshit aside..and attempt to help the youtubers who dont know much about editing except putting some random clips in vegas.
ALSO, i think that if a youtuber is egotistical enough to not accept your help..,that you shouldnt say all youtubers in general wont want help!
Its their loss if they dont want help, but that doesnt mean you should count out everyone on youtube!
I know that if half the people ik today werent so nice and helpful...i probably never would have gotten to where i am now.
I thank those people for being patient and kind enough to help me with my editing.

Kaream: "i know 80% of the youtube editing community is action."
YOU DONT KNOW 80% OF THE YOUTUBE EDITING COMMUNITY. DONT GIVE ME THAT BULLSHIT. D:<
Theres
10% Boy editors.
10% Girl editors.
10% action editors.
10% Story editors.
10% emotional editors.
10% org uploaders.
10% In the middles(kind of girly, kind of boy)
10% Who dont REALLY edit but like anime enough to shove some pics in wmm and make stuff.
10% Who are org editors.
10% Who started on the org and switched to youtube
YOU KNOW 10% OF THE OVERALL COMMUNITY. NOT 80%!!!!! D:<
