  • From Fort Lee to Home to Ft. Eustis... 2002-11-20 14:05:33 Yo,

    Well, Recruiting Leave has come and gone real fast, now I'm here in the Newport News area of Virginia, where Ft. Eustis is. This is a very interesting change, since I've been living on the West Coast since I was born, and let me say this about Virginia during the Fall/Winter so far........BRRRRRR! Mornings are soooo cold! It's gonna take me a while to fully adjust to this weather, just thinking about it makes me think what it'll be like when it finally starts to snow, will it be the same, or colder? It gives me the chills! (heh heh, get it?) In the meantime, things are going well so far, it'll take me awhile to get my computer and other junk shipped out here, that way I'll get back to my hobbies asap! Oh yeah, I got myself a PS2, and my first two games are FFX and Kingdom Hearts. By the way, get KH, it rocks! It's like Disney in a Final Fantasy Story, and the battle system rocks too. Well, g2g, back to work in my first assignment in the U.S. Army.

    My training's done, I'm affiliated with the Quartermaster Corps, and I'm 92Y qualified. Nuff said. Wish I could write more, but I'm tired as hell. Just wanted to say, DarkSchneider is back!!!

    10 more days, one more test, and I will be MOS(military occupational skill) qualified. Then I'll be home in California for HRAP for four weeks, soon afterwards I'll be at my first duty station. Wanna know? I'll be stationed at Ft. Eustis, VA. As for the promise of an update, it's still on. Don't worry people, it's getting closer.
