- Videos back online 2003-12-24 11:33:11 Well, yesterday I finally got all my videos back up, but with limited space(500 mb total to be exact) my vids are in realplayer format and are zipped. So you'll need Realplayer(or as they call it now RealOne) and to actually get the vid, you'll need WinZIP to extract it. Also, you may notice, I wanna avoid high bandwidth, so all the links on amv.org are indirect, it means you'll have to go to my site to download 'em. That said, enjoy and Merry Christmas.

It is done at long f***ing last...
My new domain is now 100% operational, and has been uploaded. Hence today, www.sphrothsworld.com is now online. The rest of the updates will have to wait until later, but right now the important thing is that my site is up on the new domain. Check it out if you want. - Wednesday brings me one step closer... 2003-12-13 20:50:02 made a deposit to paypal, once the money is in, all that's left is getting the webdomain. Ok, there's my Journal rant, oh yeah, Merry Christmas...

Nekocon and Sugoicon know who I am, but why stop there!

Well, gearing up for one final amv submission of the year...
After seeing for myself the videos that I submitted make it into Nekocon's AMV contest, and later learning about one of my videos participating in Sugoicon's AMV contest, I figured let's keep the ball rolling. Learned of another local con in the area, but this time it's very well near D.C., you guessed it, the next con I'm gonna enter my AMVs to is Katsucon 10 in Arlington, VA. Not sure if I can go there cause with Christmas and all, but to keep the ball rollin', that's the goal right now. And according to the guidelines, submissions gotta be postmarked by Christmas Eve and recieved by New years eve. For now, same two vids will go. And next year, you'll see some new vids, maybe sooner on amv.org. Keep your eyes peeled. -
It's official, I came I saw I entered Nekocon and Sugoicon's AMV contests...

Well, by now the three cons that I submitted AMVs to their contests have past...
And I was happy! Although I didn't win anything, which I was expecting, the important thing was, my videos were entered and made it into the contests. Here's the status:

So I guess now for AMVs, I'd say two out of three cons, I made it in. I hope this luck is on my side when I enter AX 2004's AMV contest. By that time, I'll have some new videos up, but you'll all seem 'em first. Thanks for everyone that went to those cons and enjoyed those videos. I really appreciate it!
