I made an old lady cry in work today. Her husbands name was still on their account and I asked for him... He was dead. Of course I didn't know this and she said how she hoped I had a husband and he died and I got a call. Of course I told her I didn't know and gave her a number to call. Then she started crying and I was almost crying with her. It was so, so awful. :(
Met a co-worker who was afraid of birds like me, we shared stories...
