- grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr 2003-06-11 18:17:01 must kick monitor.......i thought making the video was frustrating....noooooooooooooooooooooooo exporting and getting it the way i want is muuuuuuuuuuuuuch harder. only way to solve this is to experiment with the filters and stuff. i wonder if this would have been easier if i deinterlaced before and had the avs actually work in premiere in the first place. growing pains...gotta love them.
- First Round DONE!!! 2003-06-09 23:27:44 The video is now complete. It still needs tweeking a bit and I might have to change some scenes around. That doesn't matter cause it is finished. YAY!!!!! Right now it is over 900 MB uncompressed. Damn you dvd footage. My comp finally slowed down a little bit because of that. I am gonna have to do some serious compressing but not until I am completely happy with the stuff I have. I will have to get in touch ck so he can give me some opinions and suggestions. Whenever this is done it won't be posted here until school starts again cause my internet sucks here. At least the hard part is over. I can eat and sleep right again.
- YEAH!!!!!!!! 2003-06-08 21:28:44 My new video is now being made. Planning and organization does help a lot. It is going quick but at the same time I am being picky about my timing. I like it so far. The first 1:36 minutes are done. The file size is quite large though. I am hoping that the export will be under 2 gigs or I will have to break it like the guide said. I am gonna read over that part when the time comes. (Man I am loving this banner up top right now.) Anyway, I hope I am done with the prelims in a few days. I'll have my friend (WHAT UP CK!!!!) look it over (hopefully) and do some adjustments. I am off.....this time I will take breaks to eat. :)

I have to do my videos the hard way. I had reinstalled Premiere and AMVApp but Premire still won't read the avs files so I have to get the clips using the Huffy codec and VDub. I will worry about deinterlacing later since for some odd reason it doesn't work as planned in VDub. I am excited to start this next video.
I really want to start my Utena video now too but I can't because I haven't figured out if I just want to use the movie footage or from the tv show...which I haven't finished yet. I know the longer I wait the more the song will be used which sucks but it is what I want to do. (No it's not Linkin Park.) Still I already know some of the other songs by the band is getting played out already...luckily this one isn't used too much...yet. It's in my head so it will be done.
On a side note....I know you won't see this or even know this is from me but KATY I WANNA SEE THAT NEW FB VIDEO!!!!!! :P What I saw rocked so far but I won't be able to download it until I get back to school. Stupid modem.... >:O
Finally I am super happy that my crappy second posted video got so many hits and downloads. I wasn't expecting that at all. It was made before I knew anything about Premiere, how to make good AMVs, and even before I knew how to work Window Movie Maker. ^_^*** It was hard work but very fun to do. I wish I could convert it into something other than WMV but too late now. I'll keep it on streamload for as long as I can. It will be up at least until August. YAY!!!
I'm off...I have a lot of editing to do...and get ready for an interview tomorrow. One more thing...THANKS EVERYONE WHO HELPED ME WITH MY AMV STUFF!!!!!!!! MUCH LOVE!! Now I am almost comming to the point where i am debating whether I should change the whole dvd into an avi file but it is soooooo big. I have the space but that will be hell in Premiere. Maybe I can reinstall premeire and see if that works out first. I'm not in a rush though cause I have too much anime watch before the summer is over. :) In the back of my mind I have another video idea but I can't even start to think about that one until the end of Utena unless I just do a video on the movie. I'll keep it in the back of my head but Fruits Basket will come first.
